Q: Who do I call after regular clinic hours?
A: Call (832) 871-3530 after 5 pm to reach our on-call physician for non-emergency issues or care-related questions.  For emergencies, call 911.


Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: Call us at (713) 781-4600 to schedule an appointment with your doctor.


Q: Is HMC the same as Hillcroft Medical Clinic?
A: Absolutely the same. Same doctors. Same Management. We have made numerous improvements to our services, offices, and facilities and decided to simplify the name as well.


Q: Can I complete my registration forms before I go to my doctor’s office?
A: Yes, please do.  Save time and print and complete your registration forms before arriving and having your insurance information ready.


Q: How do I choose a doctor who is right for me?
A: All of the doctors at HMC are excellent and caring physicians. Choose your doctor from the Doctors by Specialty page.


Q: Where are you located?
A: Most HMC doctors are at our Hwy 6 office in Sugarland and some also have an office at our Fondren location. See our Locations page for the addresses and maps.


Q: Can I get a copy of my medical records?
A: You are entitled to request a copy of your medical records and we are happy to oblige your requests.  Learn more here.
