Refund Policy

If Hillcroft Medical Clinic owes you a refund due to an overpayment or credit balance, we will issue a refund after our Payment Analyst has verified it. Provided there are no other balances owed to Hillcroft Medical Clinic, or any of its physicians, we will credit your credit card or send you a check, depending on how you made your initial payment.
