Medical Records

You are entitled to a copy of your medical records, and HMC is happy to oblige your wishes.

State Regulated Copy Fee

The fee for producing a copy of your medical records is $25 for the first 20 pages, and $0.50 per additional page.  If you would like additional copies, the price is $0.50 per page for each additional copy you wish printed.  Prices are according to the Texas Administrative Code 165.2(e).
